The Budapest AI & Security Symposium, BAISS, is an annual symposium launched in 2023 to create a platform of discussion and exchange of the mos recent and most strategic developments in AI, with the participation of leading cybersecurity and AI experts, business leaders and government decision-makers. With the 2024 BAISS organized at the National Public University, Ludovika, and the 2025 event held in cooperation with the ESSCA School of Management in Budapest, the 2026, 4th edition of the BAISS symposium is organized in cooperation with and as a side event of the BeSTalks conference of Equilibrium Institute with NATO as its strategic partner.

Venue
Our conference will take place at the Kempinski Hotel Corvinus Budapest, centrally located with modern facilities and comfortable accommodations. Upon successful registration, the conference organizers will send confirmed participants a link to the Kempinski Hotel booking, on the Hotel’s preferential rate offered to conference participants.
Parking
The hotel garage has very limited capacity, so parking at the venue may be challenging. We encourage participants to use public transportation, taxi, Uber or Bolt, which can utilize the designated drop-off zone in front of the Kempinski Hotel Corvinus. For those who prefer to come by car, nearby parking options include Erzsébet Parkoló, StarPark Parkoló (Szervita square), Vörösmarty garázs, or Aranykéz Parkolóház.
